Sign up for the ride of your life – this class is geared for everyone – you are in charge of the workload on your bike. All terrains, great tunes, and no traffic – we will guide you over hills, valleys, and flats. Please bring a towel and water bottle. STRENGTH TRAINING

Group Power® will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. SCULPT
Get ready for some muscular strength and endurance training for all the major muscle groups in your body. We will use a variety of equipment including dumbbells, tubing, and stability balls to challenge your entire body. This class ends with abdominal exercises to complete your workout.

Group Centergy® will grow you longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body fitness journey. REDEFINE YOUR SELF.

PILATES
PILATES mat classes focus on toning and lengthening while promoting posture, coordination, and balance. This functional training approach works from “the inside out” by activating the deep muscles of the core and promoting mobility of the spine. PILATES is great for all fitness levels.

TAI CHI
An ancient form of movement designed to create a peaceful mind and healthy body. This class integrates stability, mobility, and breath into a “moving meditation”. TAI CHI aims to improve balance, coordination, and range of motion while decreasing stress and joint pain. TAI CHI Chuan integrates 24 movements together in a sequential pattern. TAI CHI is great for the beginner and seasoned participant.

YOGA
YOGA is a balance of body, mind, and breath. YOGA will move through poses to increase strength, flexibility, and balance while improving posture and coordination. These progressions will allow everyone to work in their own comfort zone.

YOGA FLOW
Ease into your day with this gentle 60 min Yoga practice.

AQUA
AQUA classes are a great way to workout while minimizing joint stress. You will get a combination of cardio, strength, and flexibility in this class. This is a great way to enjoy exercise in our pool. Equipment is provided – please wear sun protection and bring a water bottle.

AQUA Rythyms
Using beats of Latin, Celtic & Tribal music, experience one of our most popular programs.   It’s a fusion of dance, pilates and yoga.  Come shimmy, shake, swing and sway as you discover a newer “happier, fitter” you!

BODY SHOCK
Formerly Body Blast…just a different name.  The perfect combination of plyometric, strength & stability training but with an edge.  This is an equipment based class using a variety of tools to challenge your body AND mind.  Pick Up your ticket at the front desk!

“CLASSIC” Classes
These classes can be enjoyed by anyone.

CLASSIC CARDIO is low impact conditioning combined with toning and core work.

CLASSIC STEP uses the step for cardio and dumbells for strength training. Benefits include osteoporosis prevention, improved muscle strength, improved circulation and just coordination.
