The kids may be back in school but that doesn’t mean the fun at the pool has to end! Through the end of August, take advantage of our back to school swim lesson special!

We are excited to welcome our new members and look forward to seeing you around the pool deck. For your convenience, here are the politeness guidelines that we like ask our members to follow so that everyone can have a pleasant pool fitness and swimming experience.

Lap Swimming Guidelines: 

When choosing a lane, please choose lanes with people of similar speed and/or partaking in the same activity. If you are the sole swimmer in the lane, choose one side of the black line to swim on for the entirety of your swim. If another person enters, both swimmers can continue to swim on their respected sides of the black line. If a lane already contains two swimmers, you now must circle swim.  When circle swimming, swim with the black line always on your left shoulder and continue swimming in a clockwise fashion.  Regardless of the number of swimmers in your lane, please always be considerate of your fellow swimmers and always alert everyone in the lane of which method you wish to share.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kennedy Club Multiplex offers a variety of aquatics programs that fit swimmers of all ages and abilities! Please contact the Aquatics Department with any questions or for registration and pricing information.

Private and Semi-Private Swim Lessons are offered year round for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Our excellent coaching staff is committed to helping you achieve your goals in the water. Please contact the Aquatics Department to schedule your lessons today!

 

 

ADULT PROGRAMS

Masters Swimming

A coached, one hour and fifteen minute swim (leaving early is OK) that provides both stroke technique and a challenging workout. This is a wonderful program if you plan to do triathlons, compete in USMS swimming or simply want to get in shape by swimming a varied

workout. Swimmers able to swim 1,000 meters in under thirty minutes are encouraged to join us on deck and give KCF Masters a try!

Pull buoys and kickboards are provided. Please bring goggles, and any additional equipment you prefer (paddles, fins, etc).

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00-8:15am & 9:00-10:15am
Tuesday, Thursday: 12:00 -1:15pm

 

YOUTH PROGRAMS

Family Swim

Enjoy some unstructured time in the pool with your family and friends while a lifeguard is on duty. (Please note-any child under the age of 14 must have a parent or guardian present)

Saturday: 1:00-4:00pm

 Stroke School

A great next step beyond swim lessons, towards swim team or just for young athletes with the desire to swim well for fitness, Stoke School provides instruction for students aged 7 and older. An assessment prior to enrollment is required, please contact the Aquatics Department to schedule.

Monday-Friday: 3:15-4:00pm
